Membership of the Edinburgh Racers costs £20 per year.
If any other family members decide they'd like to join
too, they pay £10 each. Parents and guardians don't
pay, but they're more than welcome to help out at
training sessions and race meetings! Membership
fees and racing licences are paid for after you have
had three trial sessions, so you can decide if track
racing is for you before you spend any money on
membership.
Come along to one of our Saturday morning meetings (the season usually starts at the beginning of April and lasts until the end of September) where one of our club officials will be happy to help. We have special track bikes in all sizes so one will probably fit you. We also have crash helmets and some cycling tops you can borrow. Once you have had a try on the velodrome and think it is some thing you would like to keep going with, we can help with special cycling shoes, pedals and other equipment.
